The Rune Set are a collection of Runes that appear inside your Inventory > Bag at this time as well. When crafted these items can be placed in your settlement later in the game.

Content of the Ultimate Pack is received during the Family Matters main story quest (second quest you receive in the game). If you picked up the Ultimate or Collector’s Editions of the game there is a collection of items for you that come from the Ultimate Pack.
